A Bit About Me - Founder of Celuna Wellness

Hi, I’m Cherie 👋

I’ve spent years working as a Business Change Consultant and Mentor (on the side) — which is really just a fancy way of saying I’ve helped people through big scary changes in their careers and worked with businesses to roll out change programmes (and survive with my sanity intact).

But here’s the thing: what really lights me up isn’t updating spreadsheets or change plans — it’s empowering and helping women. Women who might feel overlooked, uncertain, or like somewhere along the way they have lost their spark.

Celuna was born from that passion, but also from a deeply personal place. In March 2025, I lost my mum. It was the kind of heartbreak that turns your world upside down — but it was also a catalyst. It reminded me that our health, our confidence, and our balance are not optional extras. They’re the foundations.

Celuna is my promise — to myself, to my dear mum, and to every woman who’s ever felt overlooked or out of sync with herself. It’s a wellness brand built for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. With thoughtful supplements and empowering resources, it’s here to give you back your energy, balance, radiance and glow.

So do I have it all figured out? Absolutely not 🙃. But I know how small changes can make a big difference and I’ve seen it transform lives (including mine).

My dream is for Celuna (the Circle) to grow into a community of brilliant, funny, bad-a** women. Please join us — we’ll laugh, we’ll share, we’ll figure it out together. You’ll find us on Facebook soon and on Instagram at @Celuna_Wellness.

One love, Cherie ✨

Co-Founder of Celuna Wellness

Every founder needs someone who’s got their back — and that’s where I come in. While Cherie brings the heart, the lived experience, and all the gloriously messy bits of life, I bring perspective, and support Cherie in turning her bold dreams into plans that work.

I’ve believed in the Celuna vision from the start: not just building a wellness brand, but creating a movement where women in midlife feel stronger, more confident, and truly supported. My role is to make sure that vision never gets lost — to be the sounding board when ideas get a little too wild (trust me, it happens a lot) and the steady voice reminding Cherie, “Yes, you can.”

I bring the clarity. Cherie brings the mission. And between us? We’re building Celuna Wellness into something that I know will change lives for the better.
